Theater

Teague Middle School Theater Department
Students develop acting skills through scripted scenes, performance projects, and practical exercises that help them understand what makes a performance believable. They explore character development, scene analysis, and the actor-audience relationship. Public performances may showcase their learning and growth, and students may be expected to attend rehearsals or performances outside regular school hours to support and assess their progress. Those with prior experience continue to deepen their understanding through discussion and classroom performance.
