Student Tardys @ Teague

Teague Middle School

It is important for students to be at school and in all classes on time. If students are late to school, they will need to check-in with the receptionist in the main office. If students are late to class, Teague’s Tardy Policy will be enforced.

For each class:

  • First Unexcused Tardy – Warning
  • Second Unexcused Tardy – Warning and Phone Call Home
  • Third Unexcused Tardy - the teacher will assign a detention, and Phone Call home.

After the third unexcused tardy to school and/or class in each nine-week period, the student will be referred to the discipline office for progressive discipline.
