Class Tardys

Teague Middle School

It is important for students to be at school and in all classes on time. If students are late to school, they will need to check-in with the receptionist in the main office. If students are late to class, Teague’s Tardy Policy will be enforced.

For each class:

  • 1st Unexcused Tardy – Warning
  • 2nd Unexcused Tardy – Lunch Detention
  • 3rd Unexcused Tardy - Lunch Detention
  • 4th Unexcused Tardy- Wednesday School (1 hour) 3:00 pm-4:15 pm
  • 5th Unexcused Tardy- Discipline Referral

Tardy for classes will reset at the end of each quarter and parents will be notified through MINGA of any detentions.
